The CDI provides researchers with access to expertise and cutting-edge resources for live cell and intravital microscopy, including state-of-the art confocal, multiphoton, super-resolution and light sheet microscopy. We are seeking a highly motivated and well organised image analyst with a PhD in computer science, software engineering, mathematics, physics or related field.
The candidate should possess advanced computer skills in programming and experience working with image analysis software, such as MATLAB, FIJI/ImageJ, Imaris or OMERO.
