Image is like there

need to segment out brown vessels, compute relatively large and small vessel objects using erosion, compute homogeneity of vessel distribution on the 2D plane of the image and need to classify images (2 classes - carcinoma and benign tumours) using texture and SVM, RF. If you know, pls share tutorials om how to do it with ImageJ, I did it with Python somehow partially.
