ImageJ (FIJI) v1.52c updated and now the layout is different. This is annoying but the main problem is it can no longer open CZI files. Usually it will open the Stack options but now it just gives me a box of boxes. Images below. What’s most confounding is that the version hasn’t changed. How can I restore the traditional layout and (more importantly) the ability to recognize CZIs?

Thank you.

@JacobShort

How exactly are you opening your images? We recommend using Bio-Formats to open your images in ImageJ - that way your metadata is properly read in (and it handles .czi files). You can simply go to File > Import > Bio-Formats - that should open your file without issue.

@etarena

I was dragging and dropping the files.

I double-checked and ImageJ had updated to v1.52c and I was unable to get the previous version (1.52c). So I copied the program from a coworker who still had ©. Now I’m fine.

I did open up the v1.52d version and try to import Bio-formats, and i got one of these errors,

"(Fiji Is Just) ImageJ 2.0.0-rc-67/1.52d; Java 1.8.0_66 [64-bit]; Windows 10 10.0; 57MB of 12167MB (<1%)
