Hi,

I am new to imageJ (coding in general) and was wondering if someone might be able to help me. I have two folders with about a 100 odd images in each. I would like to multiply (other calculations) the images in the first folder with images in the second folder (one on one multiplications). is there an easy way of doing it or would I have to manually multiply images?

any help would be very much appreciated!

cheers,
Imran

Hi @imrankhan and welcome to the forum,

There are many ways to do this automatically. Maybe as a first introduction you can check this: https://imagej.net/How_to_apply_a_common_operation_to_a_complete_directory. You can tune the procedure for your specific case.

Let us know!

Create a stack with all the images in folder 1 and another one with the images in folder 2.
Then use the image calculator to multiply the two stacks.
